The 3M 5413 polyimide films do not soften at high temperatures, so the film provides an excellent release surface at high temperatures. With flame retardant, chemical and radiation resistant surface protection to help reduce replacement costs. The high-temperature properties of silicone adhesives reduce adhesive transfer, helping to eliminate cleaning and achieve high productivity.

Applications:
