High Temperature Aluminum Foil Tape 3m 433 for Heat Shielding Applications

3M High Temperature 433 aluminum foil tape has silicone adhesive that can be used in many high temperature applications and also comes with an easily release film (3M™™ High Temperature 433L aluminum foil tape).

 

 

Features

*Best results obtained when applied to a clean surface above 32°F (0°C), but tape can be applied from 0°F to 200°F (-18°C to 93°C).

*Performance range from -65°F to over 600°F (-54°C to over 316°C). Adhesive will gradually thermosets at high temperatures. As it thermosets, the adhesive mass becomes firm and gradually loses its pressure sensitivity but will continue to hold the tape in place.

*Can easily be die-cut into special sizes or shapes.

*Can be used to improve heating and cooling efficiency

*Dead soft aluminum foil backing conforms to curved and uneven surfaces

Applications:

* High temperature heat shielding applications
* Splice jumbo rolls of aluminum foil
* Hold last lap of narrow width rolls during metal annealing process
* Cover heating elements or wires to distribute heat
