Product Description
FEP film (fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) is a hot melt extrusion cast film made of high-purity FEP resin.Although it is lower melted than PTFE, it still maintains a continuous service temperature of 200 ºC due to it's fully fluorinated like PTFE. With over 95% light transmittance, FEP Film ensures high stability of UV lightning to cure liquid resin during the whole printing process. It's non stick and it has excellent electrical properties, high chemical stability, low friction, excellent long term weathering and very good low temperature properties. FEP Film usually applies on the DLP or SLA 3D printer, it's placed in the bottom of the printing VAT between your UV screen and the 3D Printer build plate, to allow the UV rays to enter and cure the resin.
NFEP film Release Film for light-curing 3D printers (nFEP) is a hot melt extrusion cast film made by FEP resin (polyperfluoroethylene propylene) and PTFE resin (polytetrafluoroethylene) copolymer.Compatible with many types of UV light curing 3D printer: Anycubic Photon, Wanhao UV, Monoprice Mini Deluxe SLA ,ELEGOO Mars etc
ACF film's release force is ultra-small.It fits to large-size machine and material that is difficult to release.It can improve the speed of printing and the successful chance.It's compatible with all resins. Compared with normal release film, it has lighter release force, better light transmission (92-94%), more flawless surface and longer service life. It's very easy to replace a new FEP Film:
firstly just to take your resin vat out, clean out all the resin then unscrew the FEP film off the metal frames from the resin tank. Then take a new FEP Film, and peel off two sides PE Protective film and carefully place the new FEP between two metal frames, put the screws in to secure it, cut off the excess FEP, and tighten it to a good level.
With the features of high transmittance,low friction and temperature resistance, FEP Film is not only apply to the 3D printer, but also to other industry like electric iron board producing, copper board inner adhibiting,etc.
