Product description

Nitto 903UL PTFE Film tape ,Single surface treated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film-base tape coated with silicone adhesive with excellent heat-resistance. The product color is grey. The thicknes is 0.08 to 0.24mm .long with great electrical characteristics, the tape has a number of excellent features such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and non-adhesiveness.

Notes
1.Remove oil, moisture, and dust from the surface of the adherend.
2.Hold the part to be pasted well and crimp it sufficiently.
3.It takes some time for the tape to exhibit its original adhesive strength. 4.After pasting, leave it for several hours before use.
5.Please note that the mechanical properties, adhesive performance, etc. will deteriorate at high temperatures.  
6.Do not heat it above 400°C as fluorine gas may be generated.
7.Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
