Product Description

3 M E1320  is a 0.020-inch (0.51mm) double-coated foam tape featuring air-release technology and plate-side adhesive designed for low-force removal of flexographic print plates. This medium-soft yellow Cushion-mount Plus tape facilitates bubble-free mounting on printing cylinders/sleeves while providing excellent press-run resistance to lifting, enabling clean plate removal. Specifically engineered for high-quality combination printing, its easy-mount adhesive ensures secure plate adhesion throughout production cycles.

• Delivers comprehensive foam density options for superior print quality across process, combination, and solid printing applications.
• Precise caliper consistency enables using multiple foam densities within a single production run to maximize print quality.
• Incorporates 3M's proprietary Easy Mount liner that forms micro-channels in both adhesive layers.
• The crosshatched pattern establishes a permanent micro-channel network throughout the adhesive, facilitating air escape between tape/cylinder and tape/plate interfaces.
