Audited Supplier Rogers Poron AquaPro series polyurethane foam has multiple level softness to provide enhanced water sealing solutions. It includes Poron 4701-37 series and Poron 4701-41 series. Their thickness ranges from 0.15 - 12.7mm (.006 to .5 in), and density is from 240 to 480 kg/m3 (15 to 30lb/ft3). They're Flame Retardant with UL94 HBF and FMVSS 302 rated and also environmentally safe with very low outgassing which can provides reliable and durable water sealing protection. With the excellent chemical resistance, the Aquapro series can resist to wide range of common automotive fluids to ensure the durable and long term performance in various industrial applications. It can be laminated with 3M adhesive tapes like 3M 467, 3M9495LE and die cut into custom shape size for easily application

Applications:
PORON AquaPro Series Polyurethanes deliver long term performance. PORON AquaPro 4701-37 and PORON AquaPro 4701-37 thin foam provide various thicknesses of enhanced water protection. PORON AquaPro 4701-41 foam offers greater closed-cell content for demanding vacuum sealing applications or low closure-force requirements. With the multiple levels softness and thickness, this two series materials can be used as water sealing protection, gapfilling, cushioning and shock absorption in various industry like LCD Display protection, Automotive interior and exterior gap filling, cushioning for Aircraft Interiors,etc and other Electronic components shock absorption, etc.
