The F-class DMD insulation paper is a three-layer electrical insulation composite material, consisting of two layers of high-density non-woven polyester fabric, with a middle layer of high-melting-point electrical insulation polyester film, bonded together with adhesive. The F-class DMD insulation paper offers excellent mechanical strength, dielectric properties, and good impregnation performance. It can also operate stably in environments with temperatures up to 155°C. The F-class DMD polyester film and polyester fiber composite foil is used for slot insulation, liner insulation, and inter-turn insulation in stator windings of motors and electrical appliances. It is also applied in dry-type transformers for layer insulation between coils, end sealing insulation, and liner insulation.
