As sewing and stitching are the most common way of transforming fabrics or leathers, but it also poses an issue when it comes to water tightness. Because the sewing process creates seam holes from which the water enters, sewn products often need to be seam sealed. Waterproof seam sealing tapes are a fast and easy way to seam seal all kinds of products (outerwear, work wear, tent, footwear, leather goods…). It's applied to the sewn seams by using a hot air taping machine to prevent water from leaking through those seams.Three layered seam sealing tape can hold up to the weight of thicker fabrics, it can work for the heavier duty garments materials and will provide a reliable, durable, flexible seal.
