High Temperature Polyimide Film without Adhesive for Insulation
GBS Kapton polyimide tape uses polyimide film. Unlike standard tapes or films, our polyimide insulation sheet contains no adhesive layer, making it the preferred choice for applications where outgassing or residue must be avoided. At just 0.125 mm thick, it offers sufficient mechanical strength while remaining highly flexible for wrapping, masking, or layering.
Even under rapid thermal cycling, the material stays dimensionally stable-resisting warping, curling, or delamination. This helps keep components protected, processes running smoothly, and reduces downtime and rework.
