      3M thermally conductive tape has very high mechanical strength and excellent adhesion properties, it can improve the surface wetout and good shock performance during application. It has four thickness available in 5mi,10mi, 15mil and 20mil. It has very good thermal conductivity and flexibility which is very suitable for the application of CPU Chip set and LED Heat sink. It offers a premium heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices.
