Our Conductive Cloth Tape is made by electroplating a highly conductive copper layer onto polyester fabric, followed by electroplating a nickel metal layer for oxidation and corrosion resistance. The combination of copper and nickel provides excellent conductivity and effective electromagnetic shielding. Finally, a conductive adhesive layer is applied to one side of the fabric. Conductive fabric tape comes in both single-sided and double-sided versions. It has good heat resistance, shear strength resistance, excellent conductivity, and strong shielding performance. It is widely used in electronic products such as transformers, mobile phones, computers, PDAs, PDPs, LCD monitors, laptops, copiers, and other devices that require electromagnetic shielding.
1. Shielding Frequency Band: 10 kHz - 30 GHz, effectively shields battery radiation with a shielding efficiency of up to 99.99%.
2. Conductivity and Shielding Performance: Exhibits excellent conductivity and shielding effectiveness, along with good thermal conductivity.
3. Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance: Features good ductility, easy processability, and outstanding resistance to corrosion and weathering.
4. Abrasion Resistance: Offers high abrasion resistance, withstanding up to 5 million friction cycles.
