Our Skived PTFE film tape features a conformable skived polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film backing, coated with a silicone adhesive that provides exceptional heat resistance. It offers impressive properties such as heat and chemical resistance, a low coefficient of friction, and non-stick capabilities. Commonly used in electrical applications like harness wraps, coil separators, and transformers for insulation and heat resistance. In mechanical applications, it's ideal for heat sealing bars, labeling machine pressure pads, anti-friction devices, and aircraft mold release, where high temperature performance and maximum slip are essential.
1. Excellent dimensional stability and durability in both high and low temperatures.
2. Superior mold-release properties, with low friction and low elongation.
3. Good electrical properties, combined with high-temperature and chemical resistance, and anti-aging performance.
4. PTFE film tape with single-sided silicone adhesive.
5. Replaces 903UL with semi-oriented structure and higher strength.
6. Extremely high tensile strength.
7. Fire-resistant and flame-retardant.
