Our Kapton Polyimide Film, also known as Kapton Film or Polyimide Film, is a versatile material that can be laminated, metallized, punched, formed, or coated with adhesives. It offers excellent heat resistance, chemical stability, radiation resistance, and solvent resistance, and is easy to die-cut. Kapton Film performs reliably at extreme temperatures, from as low as -452°F (-269°C) to as high as 752°F (400°C). It is ideal for wave soldering masking, electrical insulation, finger protection, motor insulation, and securing lithium battery terminals. Widely used in industries such as aerospace, marine, defense, atomic energy, and electronics, GBS Polyimide Film is available in thicknesses from 12 µm to 125 µm, with OEM and ODM services tailored to your needs.
