Our Polyimide Tape, also known as Gold Finger Tape, is a high-temperature polyimide film used as a substrate to coat high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives on one side. It is available in various mil thicknesses, sizes, and shapes, including rolls, dots, squares, and sheets. This tape is famous for its extremely strong adhesion and golden amber color, and it maintains excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical properties over a wide range of temperatures-continuous up to 500°F for 1 hour and short exposures over 700°F. Polyimide Tape provides electrical insulation that protects electronics and printed circuit boards during high-temperature fabrication and 3D printing.
