T esa 8857  incorporates a specially tackified acrylic adhesive formulation, characterized by exceptional high-temperature resistance. This property profile renders the tape ideally suited for technically challenging Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) mounting operations.

• The acrylic-based bonding agent endows the material with outstanding thermal endurance, maintaining stable performance at 260°C peak exposure.
• Its engineered ultra-thin non-woven substrate combined with thermally stable release film guarantees clean delamination without adhesive transfer or structural failure post reflow soldering (typical 250-260°C processing).
• Demonstrates reliable thermal stability while preserving required adhesion force and 90° peel strength post solder reflow cycles
• Exhibits superior mechanical strength against tensile stresses.
• Precision die-cutting compatibility with minimal adhesive bleed-out, achieved through optimized substrate construction.
