Product description

 

MGM is a three-layer flexible composite material, produced by F-class adhesive to adhere the two sides of glassfiber cloth with polyester film. MGM insulation laminates with excellet mechanical strength ,great electrical properties and good flexibility . Mylar film (polyester film): provides electrical insulation and mechanical strength.Fiberglass cloth: Enhances the mechanical strength and heat resistance of the material.Adhesive is insulating and fire-resistant.MGM is used as slot insulation, liner insulation, interlayerinsulation of motor, transformer or other electrical appliances.We have many thickness for customers ,vary from 0.13mm to 0.25mm ,regular master roll width is 1000mm ,we could also customized samll size width for customers.

Application.

MGM composite flexible  is mainly used as a slot liner,slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low or medium voltage electrical motors of Class F (155ºC) or Class H (180ºC) insulation system ,in addition, its also used as inter layer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances


Motors and generators: for coil insulation, slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation to improve the efficiency and reliability of motors.

Transformers: for interlayer and turn-to-turn insulation to ensure the safe operation of transformers.

Cables and wires: as insulation or cladding to provide electrical insulation and mechanical protection.

Electronic equipment: used for insulation and protection of various electronic components
