3M DP460 is a two-part epoxy adhesive with a 2:1 mix ratio. It has a working life of 60 minutes and handling strength in approximately four hours. Its high peel and shear strength characteristics provide the product a strong, durable bond to many surfaces.
3M DP460 has very good performance for enhanced impact resistance and high fatigue resistance to withstand harsh conditions.
3M DP190 is gray adhesive and features an extended work life for adjustment and precise application, reaching handling strength
in 10 hours. It is engineered for a 1:1 mix ratio and exhibits good environmental aging properties, delivering long-term durability.
3M DP420 is a toughened, two-part epoxy structural adhesive that provides good strength along with high impact and fatigue resistance to meet demanding bonding challenges.
3MDP420, DP460, DP190 can replace mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets and spot welds in many applications, and bond to many surfaces, such as bonds metals, ceramics, glass, many composites and plastics.
